Ashley has been behind the chair since 2001 and has spent more than two decades refining a signature approach to luxury, lived-in color. She believes beautiful hair starts with healthy hair and creates customized plans that fit each guest's features, lifestyle, and maintenance preferences—not passing trends.

Her goal is simple: create hair that looks just as beautiful weeks after your appointment as it did the day you left the salon.
